You need a valid UK TV Licence to watch or record live TV on any service, and to use BBC iPlayer, including on demand. Other on-demand services alone usually do not require one. Check TV Licensing for your circumstances.
You need a spare HDMI input and an internet connection. Take the compatibility check before choosing. App support depends on the exact certified device; a box cannot guarantee every app works.
No. We do not provide unlicensed broadcasts. Subscribe directly to an authorised provider where available. Our support covers official stores and apps only.
No. Access pays for device setup and support. It does not include a TV Licence or third-party subscriptions. Cancel future renewals at any time; statutory rights still apply.
For eligible online hardware orders, notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
